LCM Group are proud to showcase our latest completed project: Brucciani’s Cafe, Preston. This 2-week project (time critical) was priced at 55-60k including extras. The project included attending the site, stripping out the old toilets, work on the stairs and corridor, re-pipe water and waste (looked to re-tile new toilets plus IPS system, plus new deco/vinyls replace).
