PROJECT OVERVIEW

LCM Group are proud to announce the completion of a project for Biffa Waste Services.

DESIGN FEATURES

The project involved the conversion of the existing Travis Perkins warehouse into a new Hazardous Waste Storage Facility.

Scope included new drainage, new welfare, refurbishment of existing offices, Asbestos removal, and full works in the warehouse including new lighting, power, fire alarm and Thermal Cameras, and resin coating to the floor.

In this unique build, we designed and built a Highly Flammable Storage Room including specialist Atex equipment lighting, power & fire alarm.

PROJECT VALUE & DURATION

The project value was £1.1m and the duration was 27 weeks.
