During 2017 LCM invested in a Customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed to our specifications and built by Red Sky ®.
Our investment in this technology will deliver a competitive advantage by adding value to all areas of our activity’s including the all-important client service.
In short LCM will have end to end detailed visibility across practices, supply chain and strategies in order better manage and analyse customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, our goal is to improve business relationships with customers, assisting in customer retention and driving sales growth.
The system will compile information on and for customers across different channels and deliver live customer-facing information.
CRM software consolidates customer information and documents into a single database so we can more easily access and manage it.
The other main functions of this software include recording various customer interactions (over email, phone calls, social media or other channels), automating various workflow processes such as tasks, calendars and alerts, and gives our managers the ability to track performance and productivity.
